Modded BIOS's

Now I've been looking at a selection of modded BIOS's specifically tictac BIOS's. A lot have been referring to the D23 3d fire as the best, but I'm looking at the D26 Black Mantary L12 and I'm thinking that would be the best. This is all for an NF7-S v2 board. Would anyone know or have any opinion on these BIOS. It'd be much appreciated, I'm looking for the most stable system right now and wondering which BIOS will give that to me.
