the black edition should have more potential to reach higher OC's, but it really wouldn't be too hard to OC that 1055t to 3.4 from 2.8, it's not a huge increase.

ive actually worked with tha 1055 and 1090 they are both easy to overclock to 3.8 just 1090 is easier to hit 4 with from my experience. even at 3.8 they stay really cool
