I am having constant but random restarts while playing PC games. My computer restarts even though I have automatic restarts turned off. I am getting no errors in the Event Viewer. All my temperatures are fine. CPU<40c GPU<75c and the case temps seem fine. I notice in one game (Asheron's Call), that when there are large spell animations covering a large area of the screen I get a restart, I can almost force a crash/restart at will. Starcraft 2 is restarting often, especially with Cloaked (special animation) units are on screen. I have never had a restart/crash during normal computing, only video games. I am down to GPU, PSU, and maybe Hard drive?

An issue that I just discovered is that I get a BSOD when attempting to start in Safe Mode.
I ran a checkdisk, defrag, uninstalled and reinstalled GPU drivers. I have ran PRIME95 and Furmark for short tests, no crash. I have ran Malwarebytes a couple times and no virii. I have Avast antivirus running and I cannot uninstall due to no Safe Mode.

You are pushing something to its death.

First of all, I would blame your RAM. Run Memtest86+, each stick separately between each test.
Secondly, I would blame your graphic card. It may be cutting out. Try a GPU stress test. Choose your weapon.
Lastly, and most unlikely, test your hard drive. Use checkdisk.
