Looking for a good gpu for my build

I have all my parts right now except for my gpu, I was gonna wait but am thinking about ordering one now and getting it over with, I'm not a big gamer but I am gonna play COD on it and when DiabloIII comes out I will be playing that, Other than that, I will just play games here and there. My build so far is

I saved it under a wish list, I hope this link works. If not : cpu - 1055t x6 , mobo - gigabyte ga-890gpa , 4g ripjaws , psu - ocz fatality 550w

One card I found was this, dont know if there is anything better in the $100-$150 budget

What kind of Ripjaw sticks are they? One 4GB? Two 2GB? Four 1GB?
How many fans are you using in your case? What ones are normal, what ones are LED, and what ones are high performance?
Are you using water cooling?
How many hard drives? What are the RPMs on those hard drives?
What kind of optical drive are you using?

Answering those questions could help.

I think this does a little better than the GTS 250.

Ok I just changed the wish list it should work now,

I have 2 of these fans

1 blowing from front to back ( blowing through ram and heatsink than out that back with a old 92mm fan
I have my 500g hard drive in this - Newegg.com - MASSCOOL SYTRIN Kuformula SHF1 Ultra HDD Cooler – BK

and I havent put my other 120mm fan in yet, havent decided where

I'd say go for the second one for DX 11 support.
