TF Running a bit slow?

TF takes awhile to load for me. I normally load up sites in a matter of seconds. But it takes about 10 seconds to load. I know it's not my internet speed, @ 7Mbps. Other sites do not take as long to load.

Any idea?

Larry was having some work done on the database so that could be part of the problem. He had put in some blocks in the htaccess the other day but had to pull them due to China hitting the server so many times.

Easily 95% of the spammers we get are from China.

Oh, but I will... one way or another. I am working my way through their IP ranges in the IP ban list.

lol, not sure how the sites network is setup, but couldnt the router handle most of the blocks?
