Removing HAF 932 side panel fan? Help

I want to replace the side panel 230mm fan on my HAF 932 with 4 coolermaster 120mm R4 fans. this may be a stupid question but how do you remove the fan?

The screws appear to have some sort of hexagonal Alen Key head. i got the right size Alen Key and tryed to turn the screw but the key did not grip. With closer inspection, I noticed that all the screws on the side panel are rounded in the middle with a slight hexagon shape in them but not enough for the alen key to grip.

Is there another set of screws Iam missing? Maybe on the inside of the panel?. I had a quick look but no obviouse signs of any. Please help, thanks

They are allen key screws... I have a HAF. If it won't grip the head is either stripped or you have the wrong size allen key

I just unscrewed my 230mm side fan to see and the Allen Key is a 3mm.
