I've been playing games alot on my awesome new GTX 480, and I've also been watching the temps, and playing with the fan, and I've noticed that even with the fan on it's highest setting (which is unbearably loud), it gets up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in game, and with the fan turned to auto, it likes to just leave the fan on low, and then it gets up to 180-190 degrees.

I don't want to let the card get this hot, but I also don't want to hear it's annoying fan, Should I go with water cooling as a solution? or is it okay to let the card get this hot?

If water cooling is something I should look into, could someone point me towards some good graphics card water cooling systems?

Thanks in advance,

-Derek

180-190F is ok, in fact it's what is expected from a 480. 190F is ~89C? That's fine. The card is rated at 105C max temp, which is 220F. While I wouldn't ever leave mine running at over 93C 24/7, 89C at load is fine.
