Acer Aspire 5610z stuck on logo screen!!!!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

A couple of months ago um february '10 to be exact my acer aspire 5610z froze on the acer logo screen. wah.! i had to buy a 10 in emachines laptop which is not good for my eyes. lol. i do ads for business's and wah my eyes get so tired now. someone please help me.

You'll need to RMA it, if it's still under warranty.

unless you know how and feel confortable trying a crysis recovery bios flash wich is not guaranteed to work given that we don't have any other info on your issue and it will probabily void your waranty in the process so you will likely have to RMA it

yeah not good. i dont have warranty on it. i bought it at the pawn shop. im a newbie at all this so what is a crysis recovery bios flash?

it's a emergency recovery bios flash you can perform blind to recover from a damaged bios flash mem

but it can only be performed by knowing the combinason of key to be pressed for your specific brand
you would also need a specificly loaded usb key with your bios files
