I need help doing a factory restore on my Dell Latitude D830. I have the dell and windows vista discs but do not know how to get started. I saved all of my needed files and am ready to start with the restore. I do not have the "Restore to factory setting" on my computer after hitting F8. I need to wipe everything out and start over - do not want old users/passwords, etc. Please HELP!!!
