First PC Build Need Help

Okay i a few items here that i have been looking at for a gaming pc build that can play diablo 3 starcraft 2 and wow. Only thing is I dont know exactly what im doing and if i put these parts together would i run into any problems. Im aiming for a cheap pc between 400-700 that can run most of the games at max settings. Heres my list:

Don't go with a mATX board. Go with this combo; it has an Athlon II instead of the Phenom II so it is cheaper, plus the mobo is good and a full ATX:

thank you for your reply. i'm kinda hopin that we can take it down a little more price than that but try to stay around the same amount of power in the system.i would like to have about a 2.8 cpu with 4 gb ram and a good video card enough for the games i had listed.is there anyway you can tweak the design you already put up and maybe get it down another 50-100 dollars?

To go any lower you will lose power as I shoot for the frugal side of things.
