Cold Cathode for my HAF 932 Help?

Hi I am considering buying some blue cold cathode lights for my HAF 932. Bitspower Dual 30cm Cold Cathode Kit Blue [BP-CCFL-3B] - $19.00 : PC Case Gear = $20 AUD. I've heard many stories of these lights being to hot and power hungry. Power is not an issue as i have a corsair HX850w PSU. And i can't imagine heat being an issue, my case has good airflow. But I just want your suggestions, thanks

cold cathodes do put out a noticeable amount of heat, but nothing you should be concerned with. and also, they dont have a long life span, maybe 20,000 hours if you're lucky. thats why i use all LED fans to light up the inside of my case

That's over two years running 24/7 so I wouldn't worry about it especially since fans don't last forever either.

That's okay. I just picked up 2 cheaper ones being delivered today and if they last 2 years then it's perfect. 2012 is close
