More then 250W

Can i go rong when i install a power suply that is more W then al my components together?

I mean like this, install for example 400W too high voltage all my components BANG!!!

400w has nothing to do with the voltage.

If I am not mistaken, most componets either use 12v or 5v?

Either way, you should be fine using the higher wattage power supply. . . . that way if you upgrade, you'll be ready

Your PSU and motherboard regulate the amount of power going to your components. The only time you'll run into problems with the wattage of a power supply, is when you don't have enough, causing brown-outs and failures.

You could put a 600watt PSU in a computer that's only using 150watts, without problems.
