Changes to avatar and signature privileges

Oh, the User Control Panel thing doesn't show up when you use something other than the Light Theme.
I prefer the Baez Theme, but if I can't access everything, I guess I'll just use the Light Theme...

Yerf that is only in IE. It works fine in the other browsers though. There is something about Ie that isnt displaying the CSS right. Check out the Welcome Thread to get a direct link to the UserCP using IE.

I tried a few other browser and then I found Opera, it was like I found Heaven

I downloaded FireFox 3.6.6 and for some reason it won't let me change the theme on here. It won't go from Light Theme to Baez Theme. Has this problem been reported before?

I'm not sure, Hayden. Your usergroup and permissions look to be in order. Maybe try a different browser?
