You can also look at the 5830, it's the lowest 58xx card. It's above a 5770 but below a 5850. It's definitely an option to consider if you can find a good price.

a 5830 is still too close in price to a gtx 460 to be considered right now. even if it's a little more money, i would still suggest a 460 over it.
