Thermaltake level 10 question

I was considering a level 10. While watching the review videos ive noticed that most of the harddrive and optical drives are prewired. My question is, if i get a newer mobo that supports SATA 6gb, will those cables support that? And if not will it be easy to replace the preinstalled cables?

the cables are the same, its the chipset on the mother board that determines the speed, not the cables.
