SUCCESS!!!! TY to all those who helped me, The error was in the thermal past application. I finally took the advice of a few ppl on here who told me to just put a pea sized blob on the cpu, and let the heatsink block squish it out to where it needed to be. That is what I did, and the cpu is now at 67dC at full load! Thanks to everyone, especialy slaymate for their patience aand expertise.
