Computer is not starting up please help

hey guys i have this spare computer and ive tried turning it on but it starts making this "printing sound" like if its printing papers constantly..i get no response on the monitor either. before getting this problem i had blue screen of death on startup. what could this problem be? please help!

A BSOD only occurs in Windows.

Try resetting your BIOS by removing the watch battery from your motherboard, wait a few minutes, then put it back in. See if that works.

Also check to make sure the video card didn't get loose from the video socket on the mobo.

sorry for the late reply guys. thanks for the tips..but i found out i have a dead mobo
