Seriously, just build it yourself. It's really simple. If you haven't done it before just watch some Youtube videos or something, it's a matter of plugging connectors together and screwing parts in place, it's not rocket science. Building yourself not only saves money (which is important) but also allows you to fine tune the PC exactly to your needs and budget. Unlike "build your own" sites where you get to choose between maybe 3-5 options for each part, building yourself you get literally hundreds of options for each part. Then even the looks and case design are up to you, add lights, add LED fans, add whatever you want. It's the most personal a personal computer can get.
