IMO the Gigabyte 4350 is your best bet for the price.
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GV-R435OC-512I Radeon HD 4350 512MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Low Profile Ready Video Card

or

Newegg.com - POWERCOLOR AX4350 1GBD2-H Radeon HD 4350 1GB 64-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
with a slight overclock this does circles around that but you might need better cooling

but out of the box the gigabyte 4350 should meet your needs in your budget.

Hey no problem.

Gigabytes still your best bet it has a faster gpu clock and I would't worry about quality gigabyte is one of the best.

I'm sure you'll be happy with the gigabyte or the powercolor so it's up to you.

o ok thanks once again..does the gigabyte graphics card's fan need a seperate power plug or something? or does it run the fan once its attached to the express x16 slot? also even tho its express 2.0 it will still run on my 16x slot right??? thanks alot!

No that card is 100% bus powered so its just plug and play

most am2 slot boards come with 2.0 your slot is a 16x but there are different x16's 2.0 being the newest one.
