What do you mean, "click on the other file"? Once you install the drivers and reboot you should be finished since you are running Nvidia.

"Can't find my video cards"? Please explain this one as well. Windows can't find it/them? The drivers? Are you trying to install ATI drivers perhaps, instead of Nvidia? That would explain a lot of the problem with performance right there. Here is the proper driver that you need.
