Think of it like this for now, your computer should be ok for now, you have onboard video, your phenom ii hasn't rejected you, **** life is good for now, even though you can't fold and shoot angry talibans in a game right now. 
Besides if you feel like you need a video card go ahead and start looking around now, I'm XFX won't take less than a week to find out whats wrong and give a new one.
Last tell them in a post to not give you refurbished old video card if they can't find a new one, some companys do try to pull nasty tricks on customers when they don't want to offer you something new and your warrantie is in place.
