Non-gaming PC build need help

I need to build a non gaming computer with around $500 AUD to spend
i would prefer an intel cpu but it doesn't really matter, as long as the amd ones don't have problems
I don't need any Hard drives, optical drive or software.

CPUs themselves very rarely have problems and you will get better value for money with AMD.
