Publisher v 2003 to v 2000

I have a document I wish to take away with me on laptop - it is currently on my big pc (XP HE) as a Publisher 2003 document. Is there anyway I can get it working on notebook which only has Publisher 2000 on.

If you open in the document in Publisher 2003, in the Save As... menu you should be able to select to save it as a Publisher 2000 document, which will be openable on the notebook.
In a slightly related note, MS Office 2010 is epic, you should totally upgrade to it

Actually i thought I could do it but had not tried. Will do so.

No chance of a free upgrade I dont think
