RAM help

hi guys,

i want to upgrade my ram, my mobo is GA-EP45-UD3. So yea i have 2 channels right? i got 2gb 1066 ram total now, i want to upgrade to 6gb. im not really sure about the ram placement. cause i have 1gb in each channel, and i will be buy 2x2gb sticks. so it would be 1x1gb and 1x2gb in each channel. any advice guys?
