Ive got that fan on my Xigmatek Rifle air cooler, its good.

Fan manufacturers almost always lie about their ratings.
I think Cooler Master in particular are notorious for that.

Quite often what fan manufacturers will do is they'll measure the sound when it's inside a case, or from a stupidly large distance, for instance, so they measure a lower noise level than they actually have.

well i was impressed with how quite it is... and i lied about getting more... i already have so many other blue LED fans, and these ones dont match any of the others, so it would look kinda silly, and im going to be getting a HAF X case... so i wont even need any of these 120mm fans... except for my radiator

You'll want to get a Anemometer to test fans with. Here's a picture of mine

This is about $20 cheaper than what I paid a few years ago

R4's is all that I have in my PC which would be 3 and my buddy has 9 in his so they are really good.

well, either way, the one on my bed is my old computer, i was justing using it to power the fans for the review, and the one on my floor is my computer, hopefully the UPS man will come today with my HAF X case! its been 8 days since i ordered it!

i will use this coolermaster R4 fan in the graphics card air duct on my HAF X
