New Mid-range PC

It would be used mostly for standard PC tasks like web browsing, but I would also like to be able to play some games on it as well.

Also, I was not aware that you could only use DDR3 on that MoBo, I thought it only had to be 240 pin, so thanks for the advice.

Also any recommended price cuts I could make without sacrificing a lot of performance are welcome.
 
if it were an am2+/am3 mobo, then you would use ddr2, but if it's just am3, you have to use ddr3.

both ddr2 and ddr3 are 240-pin, they are just notched differently to prevent you from mixing them up.

you could save some money by getting this combo with the mobo and an antec psu.
