Do I need a sound card?

Hello. I just ordered parts for my first computer build and was wondering, do I need a sound card to play sounds? Is there some sort of built in audio device or not? Here is my set up.

No need for a sound card, the onboard audio on most boards is better than most of the cheaper sound cards. On that particular motherboard you are set for up to 8 audio channels, the only real reason you would need a sound card is if it was a very high end one and you were some crazy audiophile or studio producer type dude, and even than it would most likely be for special connections that would come on the card.
