Can I Have Windows 7 AND Mac OS on my Computer?

Someone told me that one of his friends has the option of which operating system he wants to use when he turns his computer on. He can choose Mac, or Windows. I want to know, Is this possible? And if so, how can I do it? I'm about to start ordering parts for my first computer build. Here is my current set up.

So, I want to know, Can I have both operating systems? I've been using Windows my whole and I know my way around it, but I also LOVE Mac's OS. I know someone out there knows what to do!

You can't have Mac's OS on a PC legally. We do not allow discussion of Hackintosh here on the forums.
