Pressure marks? Seriously?
That screen is dead plain and simple. Not to mention it isn't running Windows 7 (that's a Linux system skinned as Windows 7). Buy a new LCD, you need one. The LCD panels in laptops are sometimes hard to replace but definitely possible, eBay would be a good place to get a replacement screen.

May I ask why you stepped on it? Laptop LCDs are really fragile.
