New Video Card for 100.. decisions..?

Hey all. I got some money and am thinking about upgrading my video card. Keep in mind.. Its not THAT much money lol

i got $100 i can throw at a card and it has to be a 512mb card

Trying to get the best i can for as close to $100 as i can get.

I'm putting my vote on the 9800 GTX+. They perform very well. I've had this exact card, actually.

EDIT: Didn't see the GTS 250... it's slightly faster than the 9800GTX+, but not much.

They'll all do fine on WoW Even up to Crysis they'll rarely skip a beat. Take a look at the GTS 250 benchmarks:
