Question about XP and Messenger Service.

I keep getting there pop up adds, it is called Messenger Service(I nice addons by Microsoft). Is there anyway to get rid of these annoying pop ups? I attached an image to show you what it looks like so you know which pop ups I mean.

go to admin tools find services once it is open go to Messenger(not msn) right click on it select properties then set it to disabled
that will kill it

no problem i had to look myself when i got XP and remembered to do it again while reading the thread(LOL) as i just upgraded to Pro and got one while reading

it is being added right next to installing pop-up stopper(old version)

yea, 2 months ago i had the same problem w/ those popups (became a ridiculous problem), looked online and same advice. LET THE WORLD HEAR OF THE MESSENGER FEAUTRE EXPLOITATION!!!!!!!
