Quietest case full and mid tower please

I was going to get a Lian Li pc 65b but, it seems to be hard to find. So now I guess I'll need to look for another case.

It will start out as a P4 system but, later an I5 or I9 rig. Tell me the quietest case you have used.

I'd like a Full Tower and Mid Tower as options. I've heard Antec cases are quiet but, have never tried one. I have only used two cases so far cosmos s and Lian Li pc 75b.

Antecs are on the top for gaming rigs. The sound does not depend entirely on the case. It is the fan RPM, how many hard drives, etc. that makes the difference.

I settled on an Antec solo and fitted some akasa sound proofing foam but that was partially because of a fairly tight space requirement. The nexus caterpillar, coolermaster sileo, antec solo, antec performance one series and others are all specifically designed with noise reduction in mind. Well the rig will have 2 or 3 hd's max? WD Sata II Blue or newer
It will use a ati 700 pro video card now but, later maybe a 5770
As far as fans is it best to get 80 mm 92 mm 120 mm higher which is best for less noise?

The bigger the better because to get the same CFM out of a small fan, it has to spin faster.

So would a 2 fan 120's do good enough. I'm shooting for a case with these specs

HT: 20 inches W: 10 inches D: 20 inches

Good enough for what? I have a 120mm rear exhaust, 120mm on the CPU and a 92mm on the graphics card as well as the 120mm on the PSU.

at those dimensions you could get a cooler master storm sniper: 1 side 200mm and 200mm front and top, and also there is a 120mm exhaust

also you could attach another 120mm on the hdd cage (guessing)
and there is a place for a bottom 120mm.
or you could look into the haf 922 or 932 both are big cases also =)
