FPS issues in FPS games

I simply can't get a desktop - I don't have space in my room.

So is there anything i can do to increase perfoemance? Thanks for the feedback by the way

^lower graphics settings and resolution, that's about it. Play games that are not very demanding. What games are you trying to play"?

Team Fortress 2, use a config on it and can't get good fps

Your graphics card is a low grade card. Don't expect to play games at max. It aint gunna happen.

I wasn't expecting max, merely hoping for better than awful; i can get upto 60 fps having used a high-fps config. It's just especially weird when I get ~20 fps on default settings, and it barely increased with configs.

Some things that would help fps drastically:
AA off
Low texture settings
lower then your monitors native res for games.

It is going to make things look kinda crappy, but it will help. If you really wanted to you could turn the res down to like the lowest or somewhere really low and could have graphics settings pretty high with decent fps.
