I don't think its gpu related. Try pulling out the gpu out and see if it beeps.
You did add the copper standoffs between the mobo and case, correct?
You did add the 4 or 8 pin power plug up next to the cpu, correct?
What you need to do is asic boot it. Have nothing plugged in but the cpu/fan, ram and gpu.
If that doesn't boot, take the mobo out of the case, and try booting again with nothing but cpu ram gpu, with the mobo on a piece of cardboard.
This is how you trouble shoot it.
