Any good cooling systems to fit a crappy old DELL latitude D600
Mine keeps on overheating because the fan is under the laptop and it hardly moves at that. Budget-$200

You could try cleaning it before you spend any money. I found this at the top of a quick google search:

Also, you could buy a cooling pad for the laptop.

ive seen dust completly criple a computer... take the bottom off ( i got the impression that this is a laptop, but if this si a desktop this advice is just as good ) take the bottom off and look all around for any dust, if you see dust... get rid of it.
