6 core processor prices

Not really.
I mean, they're faster, but not even close to 3 times as fast.
In some programs, it might not even be faster at all.

Yha Apok.... I was exagerating just a bit there wasn't I.... I usually say 75-80% performance at 55-60% of the price.

I got my 1090T for better scores basically.
I don't really need 6 cores or this much power, though I can make use of it.

believe me, it's not a mediocre computer, it is a fantastic computer.
don't get caught up in the hype, there is always something new around the corner in 6 months.

i paid $1550 for my computer, for that price i could have had a much better computer...

Well, considering the GPU and the WC kit, I'm not surprised it cost that much.

But really, building computers for a certain cost is always going to leave a bad taste in your mouth. Like when I built my first machine back in 2004/2005, a socket 754 A64 3200+, 1gb DDR 400, 200gb hdd, GeForce4 MX440 64mb...i spent around 750 ish bucks for everything, including the 17" crt. That nowadays could buy me so much more of course. Not to mention I made the mistake of 754 instead of 939 because of my n00b assessment of Ghz...and seeing the memory I paid 140 bucks for down to 30-40 bucks years later...

It's all about timing.
