how do i post my HW Monitor temps just to see if its ok?

Type in the temps and ask if they are okay. If you are looking for other information such as how to attach a screen shot, how to take a screen shot or how to link to an image from an offline site, then your question is worded wrongly to get such information.

Forgot to say to paste the screenshot on Paint and save it, then upload it as attachment or use a free image uploading website .

Can't really see the image mate but if it's the temps mentioned in one of your previous posts, for a laptop that isn't bad since they're not as cool as PCs.
