cool thanks! GPU-Z was exactly what i was looking for :D

and i got FurMark to test the GPU, basically Furmark is Prime95 for the GPU.... kinda cool...

idle for my 5870 is 50*C and load is 82*C

dang dude, idle temp of 36*C for a GPU is really good yea?

i have an entire folder on my desktop devoted to benchmarking my computer haha

that's with a stock cooler... in your thread I had posted that you shouldn't need an aftermarket unless you were doing some insane stuff, well, my temps should prove that lol...

how do you mean really good cooling? Airflow? your case?

and when you say soon, does that mean before i go to bed? ( in aboot an hour ) or do u mean in the next couple days.

well my 8800gt when running boinc was 165-175 degrees farenhight. when I play dragon age its 155. strange. idle it is currently 134 degrees.

Or unless your running a 480.
why are your temps so low and mine are so high?
Case air flow, CPU, board, case type, static pressure, ambient temp, and of course different GPUs can effect temps.

Were talking celcius here. Your numbers will seem higher lol
