also it's actually unsafe for you to continually put your computer through surges, the least that can happen is your psu goes out, the most, your board. I used to pc repairs and the #1 hardware failure we dealt with was power supplies, and most of that could believable have been surges.

Are you saying that Surge Suppressor kill computer? My computer and LCD TV are plugged in the Surge Suppressor now. Should I unplugged it?
