Thats a bit on the expensive side.

Could go for something like this, which is similar to Tro's build, but with SATA 6.0gbs hard drive, air cooling, different case, different ram and a bigger hdd.

The prolimatech megahalems end up being about the same price, and they'll out perform the H50 by quite a few degrees. Then the 1tb WD black will take advantage of the motherboards 6.0gbs, case choice is up to you, I like the 690 II advanced since its $100, has a hotswap bay, room for two internal rads, lots of wire management, and its very well built.

Total $1,761.90 , which leaves more room for monitors. Could get two or three and possibly be under 2300 still, and use the 5870 for eyefinity.

EDIT: Forgot to ask, but do you need OS? Win7 adds another $130 or so.

some stuff are missing.. guess they dont sell the stuff u guys recommanded..

No offense but unles your interested in doing some serious research forget water cooling, the closest you can get is the CoolIT pre-made ALC water kit which is pretty much the same as the h50 in terms in performance. basically all you need is

p6x58D or gigabyte ud5/ud7
6gb ddr1600 ram
5870

the rest you can choose yourself.

Awe man i hear you, when i was parting out my computer i was going crazy to, so many " what ifs ". you just got to slow down, take a deep breath, realize that if you can put an ikea Dresser or cabinet together, you can built a computer. we are all here for you and you cannot ask to many questions.

and if your budget has increased get The ATI Radeon 5970.

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100280SR Radeon HD 5970 (Hemlock) 2GB 512 (256 x 2)-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

that video card looks bad ***!!

I just bought a samsung led monitor a month ago..px2370 and this monitor rocks! cant image how that video card and my monitor would pair up!

humm.. okay.. so far I have picked..

now I need POWER SUPPLY, HARD DRIVE, RAM, DVD RW AND PLAYER?

am I missing something?

nice, im glad you went with a 5970, its the Fastest Graphics card on the planet.
id recommend atleast a 850Watt powersupply.
you can go with any hard drive, same thing with a optic drive, kinda hard to go wrong.
also, its important to get a CPU cooler too.

i have the Corsair H50 water cooler, and i love it:
Newegg.com - CORSAIR Cooling Hydro Series CWCH50-1 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler

or, you can go with a CPU air cooler:

Newegg.com - Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler
Newegg.com - Noctua NH-U12P SE2 120mm SSO CPU Cooler

Also, this case is much better than the you picked and its cheaper...

I don't understand why anyone would spend the money on the extreme edition processors, but if you want to go ahead. I would get the i7-930 (plenty of processing power) and spend the rest on solid state disk drives.

Also, that XCLIO case looks like it may be large enough, but be careful. The HD 5970 gfx card measures over 12" in length and requires a case with A LOT of area to work around. I can't find the specification sheet or dimensions off of XCLIO's website for the motherboard tray area, so you might want to call and confirm that there is enough space.

I highly recommend this case here: Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER HAF 932 RC-932-KKN1-GP Black Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case

I just got this one for my setup with a XFX 5970 installed, and everything fits with room to spare.
