yeah make sure you get the 3000+ XP with the 333MHz FSB because that's all the board you selected can handle. I only say this because I believe they do have a 333 and 400FSB 3000+ XP chip.

EDIT: You could also get the chip I have in my sig below. The 35w 2400+ XP-M, it's an EASILY overclockable chip and it's like $90. I bought it at $87 and last I heard newegg upped the price to like $98 so it might be different now. But still. This $90 chip I bought is giving me more performance than the $180 3200+ XP chip because I have it overclocked to 2.4GHz currently ( says 2.5 in my sig, but I haven't gotten it completely stable yet) and that's 200MHz above the 3200+ XP
