building a $1500-$2000 gaming computer, advice please

i'm thinking to build my own gaming computer and i need your help and advice
here are the outlines:

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: next month
BUDGET RANGE: $1500-$2000(although the chepaer the better)
SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming-programming
