$700 Budget/Performance Build

Looking to put together a bang-for-buck PC for a friend that will be mostly used for Media and sometimes gaming purposes. Will need everything including OS, Externals...etc. No pre-existing components to work with here.

Did a quick build its a bit over $800 though not sure where else to skimp. You could drop it under with a downloaded version of XP. that would bring it to his range since the card i put isn't even dx 11

nice edit. I chose that motherboard and cpu though because its am3 for him to upgrade, but that would be up to him.

This is why I love you guys. Normally I'd know whats cheap and bang for buck, but I haven't really been looking at parts lately so I am kinda out of the game. Very nice find guys.
