I know this gets asked a lot, but the technology is constantly changing so I need up-to-date advice.

Anyways, I am basically getting a new computer in preparation for Starcraft II and Diablo 3, but I only have about $700 to blow on a premade comp (I have no idea how to build my own). I tried looking through newegg.com, but I really had no idea what I was even looking for. I don't need a mouse, keyboard, or monitor (already have a 46" lcd, 1080p), and I just need it to be able to play those games on the top settings (if possible).

Thanks in advance, any advice is appreciated.

Hmm, I did some research and surprisingly, it isn't too hard to build your own pc, so I think that's what I'm going to do.

That said, are there any builds recommended by the community here? Preferably a build that would cost around $700 and be able to run graphic-intensive games on a large tv?

I'd go with DDR3 if I were you, DDR2 is being phased out and will only get harder to find.

Oh, you can also find better parts for cheaper.
