the evga is probably too much for me, wouldn't need 3xsli.
the asus seems to only support DDR3 2000 (O.C) / 1866 (O.C) / 1333- but not 1666 memory sticks though.

that ocz memory looks good though for the price. is corsair a better brand? i hear alot about their memory chips.

Corsair is great but overpriced.

the p6t will run 1600 no problem.

yeah but that's overclocking though at 1600 for that motherboard. want a board that supports 1600 without having to overclock hehe

True but moving bclk from 133 to 160 requires no vcore bump. Everything can run at stock voltages. Else you need a board that runs a 12x mem multi.
