I've updated to 10.3, from 9.12 (Seems to be one of the best available)? Nothing has helped yet, but the problem seems to be slowly fixing itself. I can play now, with around 28 averaging on 1280x720. Before, I had difficult times getting up to 28...

In the sig. Tackles everything decently with no lag. Monitor res = 2048x1152 so im seriously surprised this 4890 can handle it.
