I can't verify anything about the GTX 480 because they are not available until the 12th. Hopefully I'll have a couple of them by the 15th or 16th with speedy shipping

750W will def be enough for any single card you choose to go for, incuding the GTX 480.

New question, since I don't know much about motherboards. You said X58, I'm looking at the ones from asus and which one exactly I would need? There are so many variations and I can't really tell the difference. I'm getting GTX 480 for sure now by the way.

The Asus P6X58D is a great board. USB3, Sata 6Gbps, and overclocks great.
