Thx for the advice on the HD. But I'm starting to flip-flop on the CPU again. I really like the i7 920 but I'm still trying to find some info on the AMD phenom II x6. I'm thinking it might be a better deal but I can't find a release date or price. Any help would be great.

Well, can't tell you what will happen in the future but intel will also release a 6 core cpu soon. I would probably get the i7 920, will serve you well for a couple of years, and upgrade it later when the new cpus are cheaper. But maybe you should wait for the phenom II x6 and see how they perform regarding to the i7.
