Hey i got a EVGA E758 A1
just got my EK water blocks for the board
is it ok if i use the arctic silver 5 on the NB and SB?
or should i use the white thermal grease that came with the EK blocks.
is this white stuff cermanic grease?
Also i noticed that the stock cooler for NB has foam that touches the tiny processors surrounding the NB chip....should i use the Thermal Tape on those tiny processors?

the ek water blocks did not come with enought tape...so i reused the tape that was already on the vreg. but the original tape is much thicker than the ones provided. so it does not touch the top part.
my other question is do i need to use tape for the little chips that surround the NB?

1st pic - where it is labeled thinner - Those large squares don't need tape as they do not contact a waterblock.

2nd pic - No, the resistors surrounding the NB do not require tape. Keep theses clean, no paste or tape. The NB itself does require paste.

3rd pic - Those are capacitors and do not require anything. Keep them clean.

Arctic Silver 5 is NOT electrically conductive. It is slightly capacitive and if accidentally put on memory or electrical traces it can cause damage.
