I went with the other case+power supply combo because it was free shipping (antec combo was not) and I liked the case better (4 USB slots in the front and I think it looks better) it turned out to be the same price with free shipping.

Both the gfx card and the ram are pretty mcuh the same as the ones you posted, he only posted that because it's cheaper as a combo deal.
